iPhone vs Android vs Android

Three decisions

The Dilemma

As lover of mobile phones im constantly on the look out for the next best thing. It doesn’t necessarily have to be the newest phone on the market, i just have to like it. Every few months I get a craving to buy a new phone and at this moment the craving is becoming unbearable.

I’ve got three phones in mind.

Here are the contenders

1. Iphone 4s

I know what your thinking, well at least I think I do. I bet your thinking “why a iPhone?”. Simply put an iPhone is a good great phone despite what you think about the phone or the company it’s from.

Even though the design is nearly two-years old, it’s still one of the prettiest phones to date.

It’s not the design that draws me to the phone, it’s the app selection.

The app selection is simply the best there is any on mobile phone and will only get better. If you’re looking for a specific app chances are you’ll be able to find it in the App Store.

The size of the iPhone 4s is a bit of a concern to me. The screen is only 3.5-inches and in today’s market that is desperately small, and then coming from using a Samsung Galaxy Note its going to be hard to go back.

2. HTC One X

I havent used a One X for a lengthy amount of time but the general consensus is that its HTC’s best handset to date.

Thats all I have to hear.

As you probably know it runs Android 4.0. Android is a great OS and what i like about it is the customization options. Unlike iOS you can make Android look and feel exactly how you want it, whether its arranging your home screens, using widgets or running a live wallpaper, Android lets you set up your phone how you want.

The look of the One X is another reason why its a contender. It Looks fantastic. In my opinion its the best looking Android handset out there especially in white.

3. Samsung Galaxy S lll

The third and final contender.

The S lll’s unique selling point (for me) is the quad- core processor powering Ice Cream Sandwich. Its a match made in heaven.

When Samsung announced the S lll in early March I was underwhelmed by its design, it wasnt the radical new design we’d been hearing about and it was just generally boring to look at. A few months on and I might have changed my mind. Still not the prettiest phone but it has grown on me and I feel I could live with seeing it everyday which is a complete u-turn from previous months.

Whatever I choose I wont be disappointed

All three of the phone mentioned are the best around that’s why it’s so hard for me to decide. The iPhone 4S has been around for a while now and we should be expecting a new iPhone around September/October but it doesn’t stop the 4S still being a great phone. The One X, looks great, superb display, Android 4.0, but a lot of people dont like the Sense UX, could I live with it? Samsung Galaxy S lll, power and performance, what more does a man need?

Im going to spend a bit more time to think about it but ultimately I can’t lose.
